By now, a few of my siblings have become well enough known to you. Well I should clarify that. I mean my demon siblings. Four siblings you know of to be precise, because for the most part, they take up residence where my God-siblings currently reside. That's right, you idiots... I'm talking about the Masahiro kids and that Tamotsu brat. They're my God-siblings. And the twins and the Tamotsu brat? Yeah, I'm the reason they make frequent trips to the living world. But I digress...I'm getting off topic... I meant to tell you the thing you really wanted to hear about...One of the mysterious six demons you've not met... That's right. I'm one of those. You know Ael, you know Yoki, you know Zraz, and of course, you know Luca.  Luca. I like him. You wouldn't know by looking at the stuffy old guy, after all he's headmaster over at Hellebore Misericordia, but you see... He actually has quite a sense of humor.  Me, Yoki and Zraz, well, if you want to put a birth order, I suppose you could call us the youngest.  And Luca's the eldest. And he likes to call us XYZ when we're all in the same room together... If you've ever gone to elementary school or middle school, you probably understand that not only is it the last letters of the alphabet, but you've also probably heard it as a way of saying--- Oh shit... I gotta run... They just found me out...

Voxlyn Manor
Nokimaku, Wind Quarter

A gush of wind entered from the front door of the manor, announcing the arrival of an unexpected guest.  The black haired demon folded his black feather wings behind him, in his hand a very well pierced through rolled up newspaper.  The pale skin only seemed to exacerbate his anger, the blacks of his eyes, and soul piercingly red irises scanning the house before finally shouting. 'RYOQUO AND ZRAZNYL GET YOUR ASSES DOWN HERE!'
Tnere was no mistaking the sound of their elder brother's hollow demonic voice, and the fact that he was yelling meant trouble.  Though neither the white haired, blue-eyed demon nor the red-headed demon could possibly fathom what they did to incur their brother's wrath.  They both all but tumbled down the stairs in their rush to approach the angry demon, knowing it was better to confront him now than make him come after him.
'Brother... what is the matter?' Ryoquo asked, quiet as a mouse. He looked his brother straight in the eyes, not budging, nor intimidated by the man in his demon form.
'Yeah, I know I'm a screw up, bro, but didn't realize I had done anything recently to upset YOU.' Zraz challenged.
'Have you seen the bloody newspapers this morning?' Luciel shoved the pierced newspaper at the two younger demons.
'No. We just woke up, Luca.' The white haired one replied still calmly. 'No thanks to your roaring.  You're lucky Tsuki wasn't here, or she'd have had your neck.'
'I really don't care about her right now... Read it. NOW!''
'Luca... We would, but uh... this quite literally is a bloody newspaper as you called it.' Zraz unrolled it showing the puncture holes that had been bloodied, thanks to demon claws piercing through demon skin.  Of course the blood was the only evidence the black haired demon showed of having cut himself with his claws, thanks to the rapid healing of demons.
'Well where the bloody hell is your paper then?'
'I'll get it... You probably stepped on in when barrelled in here.' Yoki smiled politely and then grabbed the paper off the front stoop and shook it out, and then looked at the front page. 'Oh...' Was all he said, as he transitioned into his demon form, hair rapidly darkening to jet black to match Luca's. Like all demons eyes when transforming, the whites of his eyes turned black, and the irises turned red. His wings appeared in an instant, more like bat wings as opposed to Luca's feather wings. He then handed the paper to Zraz.
Zraz's 'vampire form' was essentially the same as his demon form, minus the wings and of course the whites of his eyes. So when he read the newspaper aloud, his own demon wings sprouted from his back, the same color as his red hair.

Temple of Truth and Healing Razed to Ground

Following the headline that spanned across the page was an image of the before and after of the Temple.  'Well... that explains why Sato and Sei awoke last night.' Zraz folded the paper again, and then tossed it behind him.  'We should probably go, and hope we make it there before his babysitters arrive and beat the shit out of him.'
'No kidding!' Luca replied angrily before exiting the house and taking to the skies.
Zraz and Yoki took flight behind him.  Yoki was grateful that the paper came while there was still a little darkness left till sunrise.  Not that they would burn persay, but demons in the sky might cause a bit of an uproar, especially with humans.

Charred Hallowed Ground
Middle of Nowhere, Earth Quarter

Aleksandir. I know you're here. You never are too far from your screw ups.
I'm not coming out...
I've got Luca and Zraz with me.
I'm definitely not coming out then.
Well its us or the twins and Hiro... whose temper would you prefer?
From out behind a blackened tree came a redheaded demon with three purple tails, his horns showing, and lavender eyes. He wore a black fishnet shirt, a black half-tank, and a tan jacket over it, with his black leather pants, and a red belt with a skull buckle. 'I didn't mean to. I swear it!'
'What were you even doing here!' Luca hissed.
'I missed the twins...'
Ryoquo smacked his forehead, while Zraz just shook his head. 'So your logic was to burn down their temple?' Yoki asked.
'NO! I swear! I just was gonna offer prayers...'
'How idiotic ARE you?  You... a child of darkness... A Fallen Angel, praying to the gods of Light? Demons don't pray, you idiot!' Luciel hissed.
'Well I do!'
'And look what happened! Terrible things happen when we try to pray to anyone but Dad!' Luciel was in complete shock at how idiotic this kid could be. No wonder he needed babysitters.
'I just... I wanted them back!' the accident-prone demon hissed. 'Its not fair they aren't able to remember who they are!'
Just then two red wolves appeared out of nowhere it seemed, and each grabbed a foot of the demon pulling him to the ground.
'OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!' He shouted. 'That hurts! Sei! Sato! No!'
Each wolf tugged in a different direction as they dragged the demon around the charred ground, clearly displeased with what he'd done.
'ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!' came a hollow, dark, empty as death voice. It was none other than Death himself, Azrael. 'I know the displeasure you have at the desecration of your hallowed grounds,' came the spectral voice from a man with ghostly pale skin, completely encompassed in dark mist. 'But I cannot allow you to kill your brother. You're his caretakers remember?'
The twins gave low growls and let go of their demon-brother's feet, before shifting into their God forms. Both men had long auburn hair that constantly fell in their face. Seiichi was the one with teal and white eyes, while Satoshi had purple and white eyes. Both had the reddish brown and gray tail and ears belonging to red-wolves. It was Satoshi who spoke though. 'He destroyed our temple!'
'I feel a need to remind you that buildings are replaceable, brothers are not!' Azrael hissed.
Seiichi grumbled and then looked at the demon on the ground. He was bleeding from his ankles, God-inflicted wounds not being as quick to heal as any other type of wound. 'Fine. What were you doing then, Xander?'
'Can I tell you after Hiro heals me?' The demon whimpered.
'Hiroki is busy having an argument with the crow brother of his,' Satoshi commented softly.
'You're fucking kidding me... so I get to stay here bleeding out my ankles until I die?'
'I'm sure dear old Dad won't let you die...'
'You're cruel, Sato.'
'You burned down my temple!'
'Our temple, Sato,' Seiichi said softly. 'And would you please shut up? I want to hear his explanation.'
Luciel sighed and said, 'He said he was trying to pray for your return because he missed you.'
Seiichi rolled his eyes and shook his head in disbelief. 'Next time you miss us, just ask Dad, and I'm sure he'll find a way to pass on the message, WITHOUT burning down the temple.'
'I'm sorry...' Xander said shyly. 'I really didn't mean to destroy it.'
'We know,' Hiroki said, finally showing up. His hair was long and black, eyes still golden, though one was such a dark gold it was almost brown, and the other so light it was almost white. His skin had a greyish tone to it, and he had black feather wings and a tail. He took one look at the demon and then placed one hand on each ankle, a green mist swirling around the injuries.
'Owwww.... That hurts!' Xander cried out again.
'Sorry, has to get worse before it gets better,' Hiro said evenly. After a moment of this 'torture' though, he took his hands away, and the young demon's ankles were good as new.
'Now scram,' Seiichi grumbled. 'Sato, Luca, you two should probably get ready for school.'
'If you say so,' Luca replied, tone still cold as ice and wanting to cause more physical harm to Xander.
'I do say so,' Seiichi hissed. 'I am not about to explain to the cops for this area why there are four demons and four gods present!'
'FINE!' Luca hissed back. To his fallen brothers he said, 'Oh and ... examine your zipper.'
Seiichi shook his head and then turned to Xander, Yoki, and Zraz. 'You three need to go home.  Ryoquo and Zraznyl, can you take him to the Church of Light and Dark for now?'
'Its been rebuilt?' Yoki asked softly.
'Of course it has. Aedan and Azrael flipped shit to have it done. They weren't happy it wasn't done in a day.'
'Hey, I'm right here, you know.' Azrael commented.
'Oh yeah. Sorry, Dad.' Seiichi sighed as he looked at the charred remains of the Temple of Truth and Healing. His, Sato's, and Hiro's temple. Seiichi knelt down to the ground and picked up some of the charred remains of the building, and ran it through his hands. Even though it had been almost thirty years since last he'd been here, it was still like part of him had been ripped from him.  It was a sorrow he hadn't felt in almost eleven years.  In other words, a sorrow much like he had felt when Chihiro died.
'Did you know, Sei, Fire is a cleansing?' Azrael tried to offer.
'No. And thinking that way doesn't help either. Just leave me alone, Az.'
'As you wish. But maybe Hiroki can explain it...'
'Or I can,' a soft, earthy voice replied. They turned around, and there stood before them in a regal sort of glory, the green-skinned, brown haired (with a long green and brown braid hanging over her shoulder) Goddess of Earth, Tierlyn. 'Your father wanted to come, Hiroki, but, I convinced him that he had ministerial duties to attend to, and it would be poor form to neglect his duties.  And it might out you and him.'
Hiroki nodded, and ran up and hugged Tierlyn, or rather the woman he called mother. He felt a sense of warmth as the woman held him, despite her nickname being Lady Venom. 'Thank you, Mother, for coming.'
'Of course. Its in my quarter, and more importantly, you're my son.' She kissed the top of Hiroki's head. 'I'd like to invite you all for dinner at our residence tonight, that includes you, Azrael, and Aedan is welcome to join as well.'
'We'll be there, Tierlyn.' He then placed a hand on Sei's shoulder and asked, 'Will you be all right here?'
Seiichi nodded slowly, still sifting the charred ground through his fingers, barely saying a word.
'Keep an eye on him, Lyn,' Azrael whispered into the snake goddess' ear. 'I need to make sure a certain fox doesn't murder my son.'
Tierlyn nodded, keeping a firm hold on Hiroki for a moment longer, before finally suggesting he change back to his vampire form. When he had shifted, she knelt next to Seiichi and picked up some of the cinders. 'Shall I tell you about what your father meant?'
'I guess.'
'Fire, you know it as a destructive force, do you not?'
'Yes.'
'And yet, you are friends with a fire dragon. He dates your twin does he not?'
'Both are true statements.'
'So it can't be pure destruction can it?'
'I guess not.'
'In the aftermath of fire, this is what remains... Ash you might call it. I call it altered earth. The purest soil one can find. Some of the most beautiful life can grow out of this soil, it is so pure. Cleansing. In days before the Fallen gave us various technology, or information even, ashes were used to sterilize medical equipment too. Do you remember?'
Hiroki chimed in. 'It was very long ago, but I remember. Ash is also good for sterilizing wounds. Heating tools in a fire, and then applying them to skin cauterizes wounds as well.'
'My point is, Seiichi, A temple born of ash, will be a sign of renewal, new life.  Just as my sister, Fyraen, gave your friend new life, so shall this ash give your temple new life. Do you understand?'
'Not exactly, but, I will try to understand.'
Tierlyn smiled and wrapped her arms around the wolf god. 'Don't bite me... I know wolves and snakes don't usually get along...' She teased.
'You're venomous, Tierlyn, I wouldn't dare,' he quipped back.
'Aha... There's the Sei we know and love.' She chuckled and then said, 'Now, Inspector, I do believe you should make like you're at least interrogating us or something...' She gave her son a golden-eyed glare and a mischievous smile. 'As I do believe the local cops are coming and might get suspicious.'
'Oh. Right.' Hiroki muttered. How did he interrogate gods again?

So that's my story. Yep. I'm that annoying pest that needs a constant babysitter. The twins and Hiro are my babysitters. And the reason they take a non-godly form is because of me. Azrael and Aedan caused their memories to return because of this fire. Its not that I ever mean to cause trouble, it is simply that somehow, trouble finds me. I think my half-sister Tsukiko must have cursed me or something. Because where I go, trouble seems to follow. Its impressive though that I've managed to go this long without causing trouble enough to make Seiichi and Satoshi and Hiroki all come rushing to my side. And thank heavens Father showed up when he did, because I have a feeling bruised and cut up ankles wouldn't have been the worst thing those wolves did to me this time.  But, again, I digress. I... am the fifth Fallen Angel, Aleksandir, or Xander as I prefer to be called.
You know four demons already... This... is the story of the fifth. Xander is a troublemaking sort, not that he ever actually MEANS to get in trouble. This time, he accidently burned down his brothers' temple causing quite a stir among the known demons and the Gods.
